Terms of use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of FanHuntly, provided by the natural person operating FanHuntly (“Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). FanHuntly is operated by an individual in their personal capacity as a natural person (sole operator), not as a registered company or other corporate entity. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use FanHuntly.

Creators who publish profiles must also accept our Creator terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You represent that the information you provide is accurate. We may refuse service where required by law or policy.

FanHuntly is a creator discovery experience similar to a ranked directory or “superlist”: profiles may be ordered or surfaced using signals such as votes, reviews, promotional boosts, and featured placements. The service is designed for adults.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product, we host only limited preview media on our infrastructure (see Content notice). Creator profiles may link to third-party platforms where full content or subscriptions are offered. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for transactions or content outside FanHuntly.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@fanhuntly.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse FanHuntly. Without limitation, the following are prohibited:

• Any depiction, solicitation, or facilitation of sexual exploitation or abuse of minors (CSAM or equivalent), including grooming or sexualized portrayals of minors.
• Bestiality or sexual content involving animals.
• Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or organized crime.
• Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, credible threats, or incitement against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (including race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, gender, or sexual orientation).
• Glorification or systematic endorsement of genocide, violent political extremism, or ideologies centred on racial or ethnic superiority (for example nazism), where prohibited by law or by our safety standards.
• Illegal services (for example trafficking, weapons, drugs where unlawful), malware, fraud, phishing, or deceptive impersonation.

Violations may result in immediate permanent termination, referral to law enforcement, and preservation of records as required. Lists are illustrative; we may prohibit additional conduct necessary to comply with law or protect users.

You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to licenses you grant us to operate FanHuntly. You represent that you have all rights needed for preview media and profile text you submit.

If you believe material on the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@fanhuntly.com with the information typically required by applicable copyright law (description of the work, location on our service, contact details, and good-faith statements). We may remove or disable access to contested material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

We may investigate reports, restrict features, remove content, withhold payouts pending review, or suspend or terminate accounts. We are not obligated to monitor all activity but may do so to enforce these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FanHuntly FACILITATES DISCOVERY AND PLATFORM CREDITS; WE DO NOT ENDORSE THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR TRANSACTIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR (THE NATURAL PERSON DESCRIBED IN THE INTRODUCTION TO THESE TERMS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FanHuntly, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID THE OPERATOR IN FEES (EXCLUDING THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT TOP-UPS PASSING THROUGH TO PROCESSORS) DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE STATUTORY LAW DOES NOT ALLOW SUCH CAPS.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator (the natural person described above) from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, excluding conflict-of-law provisions that would cause another jurisdiction’s laws to apply to your mandatory statutory protections.

Mandatory consumer protections. If you qualify as a consumer in your country of residence, nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under consumer protection or data protection laws that apply to you.

Subject to those carve-outs, exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these Terms shall be Brazil. Counsel should finalize arbitration vs court wording for each target market.

The official language of these Terms is English; any translation is provided for convenience only.

• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. The operator may assign these Terms to a successor who acquires substantially all of the FanHuntly service or related assets, with notice where required by law.
• Severability. If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Entire agreement. These Terms (with policies linked here) constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the consumer-facing service.
